Typically we schedule a FREE 30 minute discovery meeting to learn more about you or your business and what you are looking to accomplish. Then we recommend an approach that works best for you. 

Some of our clients hire us to put together solutions and deliver in a timely manner. Other take us up on the coaching approach where we work one on one and teach you step by step what we would normally do so that you have not only a solution but you can also say that you did it yourself! You will also be more comfortable with using or modifying it because you did it yourself!

We also have a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) that is available upon request prior to any discussions regarding your business operations and any IP (Intellectual Property) you may need to share with us.

We offer our services in hourly intervals that are pay as you go. 

For larger projects or long term arrangements with special pricing we do require a contract and sometimes a deposit depending on the scope of the project and its requirements.

Yes! Any custom tools that we build for you or your business are yours and is also now considered your intellectual property.

If we are using any third party tools or technologies then we would refer you to their individual privacy policies, terms & conditions.

We are available 24/7. We have team members all over the world so this allows us to be available to you around the clock! For our same day on demand tech support services you will need to submit a trouble ticket and schedule a virtual meeting or phone call.
